Kid’s Yoga at Smyrna Public Library

Join us at Smyrna Public Library for Kid’s Yoga, a unique program where children and their adults can stretch, play, and imagine through yoga poses woven into a story. Led by a certified instructor, each session unfolds like a storybook, taking kids on exciting adventures while exploring the benefits of yoga, including improved flexibility, focus, and relaxation. All ages welcome.   Feel free to bring your own mat, or one will be provided for you. Wednesdays on June 5th, 19th, July 3rd, 17th at 10:00 a.m.  *Programs close 10 minutes after start time.
