Thursday Itty Bitty Storytimes are for our littlest patrons (aged 0-23 months) and feature fingerplays, lap bounces, and board book stories in a shorter format. We keep the same songs and fingerplays for a month at a time, so you can learn them and use them at home with your family!
Girls Who Code club is for 3rd - 5th graders interested in coding, technology, and design. Offered every Thursday 4-4:45 pm at Linebaugh Public Library, we'll learn about the basics of computer logic, pioneers in tech fields, and how AI works. Girls Who Code: is FREE does not require a device does not require any prior coding knowledge is not only for girls!
The Lit Wits Book Club meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. The Lit Wits Book Club is a small, informal group which holds lively discussions with nonjudgmental, warm, welcoming book lovers.

Forever Young Adult book club is a group of YA fans who are a little less “Y”(oung) and a bit more “A”(dult). The Tuesday Morning Book Group meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 10:00 a.m. and reads a mixture of literary fiction, non-fiction, and classics. Every Tuesday and Wednesday at 10 am we’ll have storytimes full of engaging stories, silly songs, a puppet show, and a craft! This year’s theme is “A is for All!” with a focus on Fry’s sight words list.
Yarn Love Murfreesboro is a casual group of yarn enthusiasts who love to knit and crochet. Meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month in the 2nd-floor conference room. All levels of experience are welcome from beginners to experts. Come out and talk shop, bring your current works in progress, stitch a project for charity, or just learn! We'll be glad to give pointers to anyone who wants to get involved. Just bring your yarn, hooks, or needles, and we'll get you started. Stuck on a pattern? Maybe we can help you! We also hold yarn swaps from time to time, so feel free to participate and find something new to try.

The group meets every Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. in the 2nd floor Meeting Room at Linebaugh Library. Anyone interested in writing is welcome to visit to see if you’d like to join the group.
