Every week on Tuesday at 10am check out a different special event! The schedule is as follows:
June 3rd: Summer Reading Kickoff Party! Outside of the library, you can explore a fire truck, visit local vendors and maybe have a treat! Come inside to sign up for Summer Reading.
June 10th: International Folkfest: Come enjoy an amazing performance by a dance troupe from Puerto Rico!
June 17th: Mr. Bond’s Science Guys: a fun experience for school-aged children to learn and play with science concepts.
June 24th: Tennessee Wildlife Federation: a presentation on enjoying and conserving the wildlife of our great state, featuring taxidermy and outdoor equipment.
July 1st: Tennessee Philharmonic Orchestra: enjoy a performance from the orchestra for free in our library!
July 8th: Runaway Puppet Theater: Will the puppets put on the show, or will they run away? Come and see!
July 15: Yoga Spectacular: come enjoy a story-based kid’s yoga practice. Bring a mat if you have one and be ready to move your body!
