Yoga Stories at Smyrna Public Library

Join us at Smyrna Public Library for Yoga Stories, a unique after school program where children can stretch, play, and imagine through yoga poses woven into a story. Led by a certified instructor, each session unfolds like a storybook, taking kids on exciting adventures while exploring the benefits of yoga, including improved flexibility, focus, and relaxation. Ages 4+   Feel free to bring your own mat, or one will be provided for you. Friday December 27th 3:15 p.m.  *Programs close 10 minutes after start time.
