Love Learning Music will be at Linebaugh Library to provide low-stimulation music activities and to talk with families about music therapy resources in our community.

Anime & Manga Club Meeting
Saturday, October 5th

Are you a teen or tween in the Murfreesboro area that has an interest in Anime & Manga?

Glow in the Dark Paint Along Saturday, October 19
2 – 3 pm
Create stunning canvas art using glow-in-the-dark paint under black lights. Don’t forget to wear neon colors for extra fun! Supplies provided; advance registration required.

Volunteer applications for the 2024 Fall Semester Teen Volunteer Program are now closed.

Teen Advisory Board:
We invite you to be a part of our Teen Advisory Board (TAB) meeting held on the 1st Saturday of every month at 3 pm

TAB is an exciting platform for teens aged 13-18, where you can develop valuable professional skills, actively contribute to shaping our young adult community at the library, and play a creative role in influencing our diverse range of programming.

Work It Out @ Your Library with the Wombats!
Get ready for a fun focus on computational thinking with the PBS Work It Out Wombats during RCS & M’boro City Schools Fall break October 7-11 that’s perfect for preschool – 3rd grade! We’ll have active programs on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10 am, and an open Makerspace on Tuesday and Thursday.

Annual Pumpkin Painting Party
Saturday, October 19
10 am-12 pm
We’ll provide the paint and supplies – you bring the pumpkin! Patrons will vote in-house and online the following week, with prizes available for the winners! Full contest details available here.

Haunted Hijinks
Saturday, October 26
10 am-4 pm
Come to Linebaugh Library for our Annual Haunted Hijinks, with free comics, candy, and toys while supplies last, along with a costume contest and “The Mummy” themed escape room!
