Meet the Mascots:
Based on the Norris Hall mural that once graced the walls of Linebaugh, Mattie the Toucan has long been the unofficial mascot for the entire system. Now she’s happy to share the stage with her new friends.
Did you know MGL Library has a real-life library pet? Toad the Leopard Gecko is MGL’s shining star! He loves mealworms, warm naps in the sun, and visiting with his library friends.
Part pollinator and part robot, BeeBot represents the scope of services the TEC has to offer.
Based on patron Sarah Dove’s original design, Bibliopaws is a reading superhero!
Myla is a little owl who loves to do big research. She spends most of her time in the stacks learning about Rutherford County History.
Jett the Eagle is the great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great grandchild of the namesake of Eagleville. He’s a cool raptor that loves using the library!
Moby is a friendly bookmobile dragon who loves soaring into the far corners of Rutherford County, spreading stories, adventures, and a little bit of magic to every stop on their journey.
These buttons will go fast so get them while supplies last!
