NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING:

The Rutherford County Library System Board of Directors will be having a Special Called Meeting on Monday, March 30, 2026 at 5 pm at the Rutherford County Courthouse, 1 Public Square, Murfreesboro, TN to consider disciplinary action against the Executive Director up to and including termination. 

Meetings are open to the public.  Requests for an accommodation to enable an individual with a disability to attend a meeting should be made by calling Elsa Britt at (615) 962-7424, at least two (2) working days in advance.  Meeting dates, times and locations are subject to change or cancellation.  Notice may be given through our social media accounts:  Facebook, Instagram or website:  www.rclstn.org

This notice is provided in compliance with Chapter 442 of the 1974 Public Acts of the State of Tennessee which is commonly known as the Sunshine Law.
