Mid-Cumberland Low-Income Energy Assistance at Smyrna

Mid-Cumberland Community Action Agency will be set up at Smyrna Public Library from 10-2 on June 11, 2026, to assist families and patrons with registering for the new Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), which is a federally funded grant program to assist low-income households, primarily those paying a high proportion of household income on energy.
