Whether it's a favorite story or a new adventure, these gentle and patient therapy dogs offer companionship and encouragement to young readers as they embark on their literary journey. Tales to Tails not only fosters a love of reading but also builds confidence and creates positive associations with books and reading. Come share a story and make a new furry friend at Tales to Tails. 10 minute slots are available on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Thursdays from 3:00pm-4:30. MGL Books and Brushstrokes

Seating is limited, so it is first come first serve. Registration opens July 11th at 9 am. Both painting nights will have the same image as shown and be from 5-7 pm, July 25th and August 1st.
Comics & Graphic Novels Group

MGL Cyanotype Family Program

We will be led by MGL’s own professional photographer Hope LaFever in a short presentation and demonstration before making your own prints. All ages are welcome! (This kind of printmaking is weather dependent, so if the sun is not cooperative, an alternate activity along with the presentation will be provided.)
