For the first time, the RCLS Bookmobile will be on hand for the First Friday events in downtown Eagleville. While you're on hand for live entertainment and enjoying some of Rutherford counties finest food trucks and local restaurants stop by and tour our brand new mobile library! We offer a full library services including an onboard collection of adult and child material, free wi-fi and notary services when available. Look for us to be parked next to Eagleville Mercantile!

Join us at the Smyrna Public Library for Free Comic Book Day!  We'll be giving out free comics while they last.  There will be prize drawings and free popcorn.  We'll be celebrating May the 4th by showing Star Wars: Rebels throughout the day and finishing up with our Movie Matinee of Blue Beetle.  Nessa's British Delights food truck will also be onsite 10am-2pm for anyone wanting a bite to eat.  We hope to see you there!

Come join us at the Smyrna Library for a Free Comic Book Day showing of Blue Beetle! Jaime Reyes suddenly finds himself in possession of an ancient relic of alien biotechnology called the Scarab. When the Scarab chooses Jaime to be its symbiotic host, he's bestowed with an incredible suit of armor that's capable of extraordinary and unpredictable powers, forever changing his destiny as he becomes the superhero Blue Beetle. Free popcorn!  Bring your favorite movie snacks! This movie is rated PG-13 for sequences of action and violence, language, and some suggestive references.
