Southern Environmental Health Study Info Session at Smyrna

Join the Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Smyrna on 2/10/26 at 11 AM at Smyrna Public Library or at 2:30 PM at the Smyrna Senior Center to learn about the Southern Environmental Health Study, which provides compensation to adults between the ages of 40-70 who live in the South and are interested in learning about environmental impacts on their health. Join the session to learn more, sign up, and help expand research in your community.

Every day, we are exposed to thousands of substances, but we still aren’t sure if some of these substances may cause cancer or other diseases. By wearing a silicone wristband and completing a survey, you can help discover the connections between health and the environment.
