Rutherford County Library System (RCLS) announces updated hours of operation for three of its locations effective December 1, 2025. These updates are designed to better meet community needs and align staffing and services across the system.
Beginning December 1, 2025, the following branches will have new hours:
Linebaugh Public Library

Sunday: Closed
Mon–Thu: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Fri–Sat: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Eagleville Bicentennial Public Library
317 Old Hwy 99, Eagleville, TN 37060
Sunday: Closed
Mon–Fri: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Technology Engagement Center (TEC)
306 Minerva Dr, Murfreesboro, TN 37130
Fri–Sat: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Mon–Thu: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
“We are constantly assessing how and when our community uses our libraries,” said Luanne James,
library director. These revised hours take that into account and guarantee that we are providing service
at the times that are most convenient for our patrons while maximizing our available resources.
All locations continue to offer 24/7 access to eBooks, audiobooks, and online learning tools through our website.
