Join us the 2nd Saturday of every month at 2:00PM for our Teen Advisory Board (TAB) meeting! TAB gives young adults, ages 12-18, the opportunity to gain professional skills, build the library’s young adult community, and creatively influence library programming.

Being a TAB member involves:

  • Helping Smyrna Library's Youth Services Department implement quality young adult programming (book displays, events, clubs, and more!)
  • Gaining valuable skills through library service.
  • Networking with library staff for professional recommendations.
  • Building a young adult community and making friends at the Smyrna Library!
  • Creating the types of events and programming YOU want to see at your library.

The mission of the Smyrna Teen Advisory Board (TAB) is to proactively seek new ideas and projects to improve
how Smyrna Library serves the young adult community (ages 12-18).

(NOTE: You do not have to complete any forms or to have been present at previous meetings to join TAB. All you have to do is show up!
