DESCRIPTION:The Adult Mindfulness Club invites you to come unwind with us! Join us at the Smyrna Library for an afternoon of mindfulness. Paint a rock and listen to some chill ambient music. Adult coloring sheets and pencils will also be available. We are working on getting a therapy dog for attendees to dote on but they might not be present for this date.
