DESCRIPTION:Join us at Smyrna Public Library for Yoga Stories\, a unique after school program where children can stretch\, play\, and imagine through yoga poses woven into a story. Led by a certified instructor\, each session unfolds like a storybook\, taking kids on exciting adventures while exploring the benefits of yoga\, including improved flexibility\, focus\, and relaxation. Feel free to bring your own mat\, or one will be provided for you. Every other Friday at 3:15 p.m.  *Programs close 10 minutes after start time.
